Window & Door Repairs in London

We repair uPVC windows and doors across London, including stiff, misaligned or insecure units. Send photos on WhatsApp with your postcode for a quote, or call 07455 939442.

Window Hinges & Friction Stays

A friction stay is the hinged metal track and arms that support an opening casement sash. Worn stays can let the sash drop, scrape the frame or fail to close tightly. We identify the size and type, then repair or replace the fitting and adjust the window.

Handles, Locks & Multi-Point Mechanisms

Turning the handle moves an espagnolette or multi-point locking mechanism so cams or hooks engage with keeps on the frame. If a handle spins, a lock jams or the window will not secure, we inspect the handle, gearbox, keeps and alignment, then replace faulty parts as needed.

Springs, Door Hardware & Adjustments

We assess worn window springs, door hinges, handles and locks, and adjust doors or windows that are stiff or out of alignment. Send a clear close-up of the faulty part and an image of the full window or door so we can identify the fitting.

For traditional wooden sash boxes, cords and timber restoration, see our Timber Sash Window Repairs page.
